Sabrina is an attorney dedicated to helping founders structure, scale, and protect their businesses so they can focus on bringing their vision to life. She works closely with entrepreneurs at every stage of growth, providing practical legal strategies that support innovation and long-term success.


Before joining Founders Law, Sabrina worked in M&A due diligence, advising private equity firms on the acquisition and sale of SaaS companies. In this role, she evaluated the legal and financial risks of high-growth technology businesses, giving her firsthand insight into what makes companies scalable and attractive to investors. She brings that same perspective to her founder clients today, helping them avoid pitfalls, structure strategically, and position their businesses for long-term success or eventual exit.

Sabrina earned her B.A. and M.S. in Economics from DePaul University. She went on to receive her J.D. from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law, where she focused her studies on business and technology courses.
