Natalia Pidhaina

Executive Assistant

Natalia Pidhaina joined Founders Law in 2025 as a Legal Assistant, where she handles various administrative matters and supports attorneys in the corporate practice. She assists with preparing and organizing corporate documents and helps ensure a smooth onboarding process for clients as well as ongoing support throughout their engagement.

Prior to joining Founders, Natalia gained experience in corporate governance across several European jurisdictions. She has worked on entity formations, drafted and reviewed a wide range of commercial agreements, and assisted with mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions, and international tax matters.

Natalia earned her LL.M. in Corporate and Business Law from Chicago-Kent College of Law. At Founders Law, she uses her international legal background and organizational skills to support the firm’s corporate practice and administrative operations.

She is fluent in English and Ukrainian.
