Charlotte Jabbari is a corporate attorney at Founders Law in New York, where she advises founders, startups, and growth-stage companies on complex corporate matters under New York law. She joined the firm in September2024 and is known for delivering practical, business-oriented solutions that align legal strategy with clients’ critical objectives.

Charlotte brings a strong corporate law background to her practice. She previously worked at White & Case in London in the Corporate M&A and Private Equity group, with secondments to the firm’s Paris, Hong Kong, and New York offices. She also served as in-house counsel for Meridian Capital, supporting a large-scale corporate restructuring, and clerked for the Honorable Denny Chin.

She is admitted to practice in both England & Wales and New York. Charlotte earned her B.A. from University College London, attended the University of Law, London, and received her J.D., magna cum laude, from Fordham Law School, where she was awarded the William Michael Treanor Award for achieving the highest cumulative GPA among foreign-educated students.

Charlotte is fluent in French and Italian.
